  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and home goods are secured to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Norwich

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please keep your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
